This study analysed the Italian institutional and administration system, focusing on the comprehension, forecast and estimate of the changes that will result from recent constitutional and administration reforms.
The Rosselli Foundation was responsible for defining possible future scenarios of federalism using logic that projects probable future events and defines hypotheses that may result in fragmentation of the constitutional reform.
The possible scenarios that will originate from the recent reforms have been identified through the foresight methodology. |
