The Financial System research centre was born in Milan in 1993 to analyse the Italian financial system in comparison to other European and international ones. Every year this research centre writes a Report on specific issues such as markets, proprietary structures, management, banks and holding companies control, the role of banks in a company crisis, corporate governance, and e-banking.
The authors of such reports are internationally acclaimed economists and jurists who, just like the Rosselli Foundation, work with the intent of creating independent instruments of knowledge and investigation characterised by an approach that is both scientific and pragmatic.
Every year this research centre organises an international summit focused on the topic of the report published that same year. |
