The project undertaken for Formez aimed to develop the human resources that are part of the public live entertainment system (theatre, dance, music, circus and travelling performers) through a series of effective top level training programmes and the exchange of experience, and by promoting counselling that targets the creation of a new culture of organisation and administrative management.
Studies and analysis in this field are aimed at implementing a series of top level training initiatives designed to guarantee the promotion of a new culture of organisation and administrative management.
