The ceaseless development of critical technologies involves the need to give continuity to the action of anticipation of the future. It also gives a reason for the periodical issue of the Report “National Priorities of Industrial Research”. In other words, the analysis of the Foresight is led within a scenario of development of society and economy, in which the requirements of competitiveness of enterprises play an important role, exactly like the problems and the needs of citizens as to the environment, employment, training, communication, mobility.
